Author Notes
Miltiadis D. Lytras earned his Ph.D., MBA, and B.Sc. from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He is a faculty member in both the Computers Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID) and the Department of Business Administration at the University of Patras. Ambjorn Naeve has a background in mathematics and computer science and received his Ph.D. in computer science from KTH in 1993. He is presently coordinator of research on Interactive Learning Environments and the Semantic Web at the Centre for user-oriented Information technology Design at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
