In this decade, using computer ini education known as Computer Aided Learning (CAL) has become more and more important. This application not only providing training to the students, but also helping teachers/lecturers to analyze the weaknesses of the students. The statement mentioned above has lead to the Objective of this study; i.e. to design one educational software development tool named as Computer Aided Learning Educational Development Tool (CALEDT), where this tool can be used to build CAL package. With the present of CAL, new learning environment will be created. Object Oriented Programming Technique (OOPT) is been used in this study because of several reasons; typically involved manipulating several categories of information simultaneously.
