Author Notes
Susan Stempleski has been involved with English language teaching for over 25 years. She is an instructor in the MA in TESOL program at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York. She is also a teacher at the International English Language Institute at Hunter College of the City University of New York. She has considerable experience as both a teacher and teacher trainer in the United States and abroad, and she has written and contributed to numerous publications. Alan Maley is currently a freelance consultant, and Series Editor for the Oxford University Press Resource Books for Teachers series.
