The purpose of the project "Designing System software for 6802-based microcomputer system" is to produce an intergrated that would aid students in writing their own experimental programs for 6802-based system. many facilities have been embedded in the ease students to develop subroutine of any experimental application modules. basically the software developed in this project can be divided into two parts: software for ibm personal computer and softwarefor microcomputer system or monitor program. however the monitor program is the main focus because it controls the essential operation of resources in the microcomputer based system. features such as downloading and uploading the data to and from ibm pc, and executing of program down-loaded from pc on system 6802 are being included in the monitor program. more recommended features will then be added in coming years to make this software as a complete tool to ease users in developing their own programs for 6802-based system.
