Author Notes

  Kiran Mani oversees marketing and strategy for the IBM Systems & Technology Group across the ASEAN/South Asia region. A qualified bean counter (Chartered Financial Analyst), armed with a post-graduate degree in management, he has also worked in advertising at Ogilvy.
In his eight years at IBM, Kiran has been part of the Marketing, Product Management and Channel Sales teams. He is credited with having set up the channel sales model for servers, leading the marketing transformation within the Systems group and powering IBM's workstation business to a market leader position in India.

Bradley Jee manages IBM's System x marketing for ASEAN/South Asia region. Originally from Durban, South Africa, Brad moved to Singapore after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and has spent the last 10 years living and working in Asia.
Brad has consulted widely, across diverse industries (coal mines and five-star hotels to name just a couple) and exotic locations (Inner Mongolia and Azerbaijan).
Before joining IBM, Brad managed the professional services group for a multinational software company across Asia Pacific. At IBM, he has built a formidable body of knowledge about customer challenges and solutions that work, through his roles in sales, product management and marketing across the IBM Systems and Technology Group.
