Summary
This text consists of three sections: the first one contains 40 task descriptions for student A, the second one contains an A to Z centre spread of functions with a list of key gambits per function, and the final one contains 40 task descriptions for student B. There will be one task per page comprising of a text and a visual. These exercises should help students to learn to interact in a business environment, through the use of business language and communication skills.
