E-Mail syatem is wisely used in text communication. It is imperative tohave a proper control and system protection in the E-Mail to preventmessageldata in the E-Mail from being tempered by the invader. This projecttitle "PRIVACY _ ENHanced MAIL', concentrates on the upgrading of privacycharacteristic and protection that is applicable to E-Mail itself. Crytography is the most effective tools for system protection and privacy enhancementand been used frequently in E-Mail system. The application of the cryptography is designed and implemented at the application layer together with E-Mailprotocol system itself. The choosen cryptography algorithm are from DES andRSA. Safeguard of the cryptography application in E-Mail system will hinderand protect the text or information from being tempered or encrypted byinvaders.
