The fourth International Conference and Workshop on Basic and Applied Sciences (ICOWOBAS) and 11th Regional Fundamental Sciences Seminar (RAFSS) were held at the La GRandeur Hotel and Resorts, Senai, Johor. This years's conference is organized by Universiti Teknologi malaysia in collaboration with Universitas Air Langga (Surabaya, Indonesia) and Salahaddin University Hawler (Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan). The conference was successfully attended by 224 participants from all over the world.
