NELSON L. NEMEROW, PhD, is former professor of environmental engineering at the University of Miami, as well as other universities, and former head of environmental engineering at Syracuse University.
FRANKLIN J. AGARDY, PhD, is a founding partner of Forensic Management Associates, an environmental consulting firm based in San Mateo, California. He is coauthor of Practical Environmental Forensics, from Wiley.
