Author Notes

Jonathan Chin , CCIE No. 11,105, is a development test engineer in the Packet Test group under the Internet Technologies Division (ITD) within Cisco Systems. Based in Singapore, his responsibilities include development and regression testing for advanced Cisco Frame Relay, ATM, and X.25 features in Cisco IOS Software releases. Currently, Jonathan is actively involved with new feature test projects in Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TPv3) and Any Transport over MPLS (AToM) technologies. Jonathan also holds CCNP, CCNA, and Wireless LAN Design certifications from Cisco and has earned his bachelor of applied science degree in computer engineering at NTU Singapore.
