Author Notes
Henry Feuer received his PhD from the University of Vienna in 1936 and became a research associate at Purdue University in l943. He retired as professor emeritus of organic chemistry at Purdue in 1979.
In l981, Dr. Feuer became managing editor of the Organic Nitro Chemistry Series at Verlag Chemie International.
