Alan Lynn is a coach and coach educator for British Swimming, a member of sportscoach UK's Coaching Standards Group, a former sportscotland Coach of the Year, and he has coached swimmers up to Olympic level. He is the author of Conditioning for Swimmers: A Guide to Land-Based Training , High Performance Swimming , and Swimming: Technique, Training, Competition Strategy .
