Conventional methods of relay testing required sophisticated equipment such as oscilloscope, function generator and power supply. Technicians also need to have a good knowledge of relay's turn on time and bouncing time to performs the job of testing relays. To solve these problems, a new relay testing methodology had to be developed with incorporated in an automated relay testing system, would enable anyone (from operators to engineers) to performs the job. This thesis presents the design of a new relay checker and Grader.
