Bill and Cindy Adams are principals of Maxcomm Associates, an international consulting and educational training firm. Bill is a co-founder of Maxcomm, specializing in Whole Systems Change and cultural redesign. He holds a masters degree in Organizational Communication. Cindy specializes in cultural and systems transformation, work redesign, large group conferencing, leadership coaching, team-building, and customer service. She holds a masters degree in Organizational Management. They live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Michael Bowker is a full-time writer who has written or co-authored six books, including Playing from the Heart and The Visionary Leader. He is a former writer for the Los Angeles Times, and has written more than 1,000 articles for a variety of publications. He is a featured writer for Reader's Digest, and seven of his articles have been adapted for television. He lives in Placerville, California.
