Irene Maria Portela is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal. She is graduated in Law, holds has a Master in Public Administration and holds a PhD in Law, in the field of Anti-Terrorism Law from Universy of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). She teaches subjects related with Constitutional Law to undergraduated and post-graduated studies. She regularly publishes in international peer-reviewed journals and participates on international scientific conferences. Her work appears in several papers published in journals, book chapters and conference proceedings.
