Summary
The 24th congress of FISITA has as its general theme Automotive Technology Serving Society. The proceedings are published in five themes, each theme comprising two volumes. These two volumes cover the subject of developing and relating all aspects of the customer's pull on the specification of the product and how engineering responds to these new demands. Particular emphasis is on engineering of quality of performance of the product - in its widest sense - as perceived by the customer and the introduction of new technologies.
