Quality management is important to enable products to be manufactured in such a manner that quality is design,built and maintained at the most economical cost. Such a product would also be able fo fulfill the customers satisfaction. In order for a company to achieve this, it should have a good and reliable quality management system. The ISO 9000 series is one of the many ways available today in achieving this good and reliable quality management system. The ISO 9002 series was used as a guideline for this thesis. The objectiveof this thesis is to study and review the existing quality management system of a company of a company and to provide the company with some feedbacks for fine tuning and improvements for the quality management system currently at practice. There were problems identified in the application of statisticaltechniques by the company. Proposals and feedbacks were given to the company to rectify the problems.
