This massive tome, divided into 12 sections, covers everything from the history of natural health, to healing methods, to a listing of "spas around the world." The bulk of the book is devoted to the natural treatment of some 300 health conditions. Five years in the making, it represents the combined efforts of an extensive team of experts, including medical and naturopathic doctors and other alternative health practitioners and advisors.
