The purpose of this thesis is to implement the previous student software to South Malaysia Industries Berhad. Basically, observation on present method, problems feaced and documentation for inventory in the company were carried out. In order to solve the mentioned problems, suggestions were forwarded to codification and classification of materilas so as computerized the inventory system is possible. The software developed by previous student was implemented to the company's store and its application was validated. The weaknesses of the previous software were modified and improved in order to achieve the desired goal. A discussion of overall programme results in terms of advantages and weaknesses were carried out. Besides that, features comparison between previous and proposed software were made. The recommendation are introduced to the company, future software improvement and general application.
