The handbook is a project of the Malaysian Industrial Energy Efficiency Improvement Project (MIEEIP). The MIEEIP is jointly funded by the United Nations Development Project (UNDP), the Global Environment Facility (GEF), the Government of Malaysia and the Malaysian private sector. It aims to reduce barriers to energy efficiency in the industrial sector by building the institutional capacity among the various stakeholders and beneficiairies.
